Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) After 3 played minutes Saicam FC got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Roa. 9 minutes into the game, Sebastián de la Rosa recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Fabio Cañas. Sebastián de la Rosa showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. After some careless play in the Saicam FC defense, Santiago Mora kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fabio Cañas. The Saicam FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabio Cañas should have stopped the shot. In the 22nd minute, Espinoza Samperio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Saicam FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Santiago Mora managed to get in a good position for a shot. CD KMIKC's supporters rose to their feet, but Santiago Mora was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabio Cañas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 28th minute, CD KMIKC's Sebastián de la Rosa ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fabio Cañas. Fabio Cañas yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. After 33 played minutes Saicam FC got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Roa. Santiago Mora's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fabio Cañas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. If Santiago Mora had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

CD KMIKC's Miguel Quelia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ximenes Perrote in the 53rd minute of play. In the 54th minute, Saicam FC's Ximenes Perrote ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Miguel Quelia. Miguel Quelia yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ximenes Perrote got free with Miguel Quelia in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 60 minutes into the match, Espinoza Samperio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Miguel Quelia. CD KMIKC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Espinoza Samperio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-3. Saicam FC's Fabio Cañas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santiago Mora in the 66th minute of play. If Santiago Mora had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Miguel Quelia made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Espinoza Samperio sent off a good shot on target. In the 74th minute, Freddy Trianes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 75th minute of the match Maximiliano Valines shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fabio Cañas showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 79th minute, Ferrer Alcega hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Saicam FC defense, Sebastián de la Rosa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fabio Cañas. The Saicam FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabio Cañas should have stopped the shot. In the 92nd minute, Sebastián de la Rosa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 94th minute Santiago Mora shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabio Cañas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabio Cañas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastián de la Rosa in the 95th minute of play.
