Diego Riofrio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Miguel Baptista made a huge save. Ovidio Torralbo's late challenge caught a CD Angelita's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ovidio Torralbo helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Pxnda SC getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Ovidio Torralbo hit a great ball. Feliks Kondysar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Johnny Thomas having to make a save. Pxnda SC's Miguel Baptista proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Pxnda SC from getting a goal against them. Feliks Kondysar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Urtats Chavarri during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Urtats Chavarri hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Johnny Thomas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dick Blom in the 31st minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When Dick Blom came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Pxnda SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dick Blom couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Pxnda SC's zone, Diego Riofrio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Miguel Baptista came out of the goal and Diego Riofrio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dick Blom struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Johnny Thomas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pxnda SC. A hard shot 72 in the game by Feliks Kondysar from a close distance when the talented Johnny Thomas managed to make a qualified save. CD Angelita's players were relieved. Miguel Baptista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diego Riofrio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dick Blom struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Johnny Thomas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pxnda SC. Dick Blom scored 0-2 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Johnny Thomas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Dick Blom managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pxnda SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Dick Blom was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Johnny Thomas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in CD Angelita's zone, Dick Blom stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Johnny Thomas came out of the goal and Dick Blom tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Diego Riofrio took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Miguel Baptista. Miguel Baptista dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Ovidio Torralbo got his second yellow card in the match during the 95th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Yoelvis Ascarza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pxnda SC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
