If Samaniego Perlacia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 15th minute Americo Bilbao shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nils Boede saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nils Boede came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Virgen de la Merced's Americo Bilbao. But to his dismay, Americo Bilbao quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After some careless play in the Virgen de la Merced defense, Gonzalo Plata kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Poroso Villalva. The Virgen de la Merced fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Poroso Villalva should have stopped the shot. Poroso Villalva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vimaro Villaboa in the 36th minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Virgen de la Merced's goalkeeper Poroso Villalva had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gonzalo Plata. The audience was convinced that Americo Bilbao's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nils Boede was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 52nd minute, Vimaro Villaboa made a precise shot to the right of Poroso Villalva. Virgen de la Merced's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. A collision led to Virgen de la Merced getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Fausto Godines hit a great ball. Nils Boede showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Americo Bilbao in the 64th minute of the match. Félix Alcayde hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Pepe Torralba was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 77th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Hacha SC's Ramirez Hurtado got a free kick in the 79th minute. Poroso Villalva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samaniego Perlacia, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. A collision led to Hacha SC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Xorxe Caballeiro hit a great ball. Nils Boede showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Americo Bilbao, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Hacha SC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 88th minute, when Xesus Sevane scored to the left of an out of position Nils Boede, making the score, 3-2. The supporters of Virgen de la Merced booed when Hacha SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xorxe Caballeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hacha SC's Nils Boede proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Hacha SC from getting a goal against them.
