Ferchobol FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. André Luiz da Fonseca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrian Zubillaga in the 19th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, CD Cohambi's Jacob Moutinho got a free kick in the 21st minute. A collision led to CD Cohambi getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Celso Corbella hit a great ball. Aral Olcay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Espinoza Ermua in the 32nd minute of play. In the 33rd minute of the match Ferchobol FC got a corner. CD Cohambi's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Benjamim Secco ran over to the corner to take the kick. With an all-out effort, CD Cohambi's André Luiz da Fonseca threw himself towards the right post 34 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Adrian Zubillaga, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Celso Corbella charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Celso Corbella the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of CD Cohambi booed when Ferchobol FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Espinoza Ermua didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Ferchobol FC's André Luiz da Fonseca got control of the ball when Jacob Moutinho tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Ferchobol FC's zone, Bogumil Kilarski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. André Luiz da Fonseca came out of the goal and Bogumil Kilarski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Zubillaga in the 60th minute of play forced Ferchobol FC's goalkeeper André Luiz da Fonseca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adrian Zubillaga took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised André Luiz da Fonseca. André Luiz da Fonseca dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Nacho Fernandes kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind CD Cohambi's goalkeeper Aral Olcay, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. CD Cohambi made a substitution. Marcelo Alvadalejo replaced Bagui Rosario. André Luiz da Fonseca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrian Zubillaga in the 71st minute of the match. CD Cohambi were awarded a corner in the 73th minute after Ferchobol FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hernan Montealegre took the corner. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind CD Cohambi's goalkeeper Aral Olcay, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The CD Cohambi fans cheered their team off the field, for while Ferchobol FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
