Spectators: 7538 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1938, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rodrigo Donallo started the match with the kick off. Ramiro Gabiña came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by KRAKEN FC's Xeromo Llarena. But to his dismay, Xeromo Llarena quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 8th minute Andres Zunzunegui shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacobo Urraburu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 9 minutes into the game, KRAKEN FC's Leoverliz Carlos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ramiro Gabiña made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After some careless play in the Trueno Negro defense, Xeromo Llarena kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ramiro Gabiña. The Trueno Negro fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ramiro Gabiña should have stopped the shot. Demetrio Reñe charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Demetrio Reñe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 21 played minutes Trueno Negro got a freekick which was hit by Demetrio Reñe. Cássio Mansilha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 23rd minute, Jose Alcano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 29 minutes, Fabian Sandoval managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KRAKEN FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabian Sandoval was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Xeromo Llarena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramiro Gabiña having to interfere. In the 34th minute, Jose Alcano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ramiro Gabiña didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Xeromo Llarena went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Xeromo Llarena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ramiro Gabiña showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xeromo Llarena, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. After some careless play in the Trueno Negro defense, Xeromo Llarena kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ramiro Gabiña. The Trueno Negro fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ramiro Gabiña should have stopped the shot.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Xeromo Llarena was the one to do the kick off. The KRAKEN FC fans' excitement grew in the 71st match minute when KRAKEN FC's Xeromo Llarena looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-11 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Eduardo Estarrona's late challenge caught a KRAKEN FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eduardo Estarrona helped the player get up and apologised. Eduardo Estarrona hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Karl-Magnus Ström struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Ramiro Gabiña didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KRAKEN FC. 81 minutes into the match, Xeromo Llarena had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ramiro Gabiña. Trueno Negro's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Xeromo Llarena was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-12. After 87 played minutes Trueno Negro got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo Estarrona. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Karl-Magnus Ström took a quick shot and it went in 0-13 without a chance for Ramiro Gabiña to make any attempt to save it. After 92 played minutes Trueno Negro got a freekick which was hit by Mauricio Espinola. A collision led to KRAKEN FC getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Beniamin Bycofski hit a great ball. KRAKEN FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
