Seating: 1942, VIP seats: 168) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Vera Regalado took the kick off in the first half of the match. Burbano Charro kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Revolución Joao FC's Joel Ahonen got control of the ball when Macías Botello tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 5th minute Miguir were awarded a corner. Rafael Sayavedra went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Rafael Sayavedra got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Joel Ahonen quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The supporters of Miguir booed when Revolución Joao FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vera Regalado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xesus Cortes in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck René Vignal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Revolución Joao FC fans' excitement grew in the 10th match minute when Revolución Joao FC's Xesus Cortes looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Uriel Coca hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Joel Ahonen made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Macías Botello sent off a good shot on target. René Vignal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Burbano Charro in the 25th minute of the match. René Vignal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vera Regalado in the 27th minute of play. Uriel Becerra kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. A collision led to Miguir getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Manuel Fabregas hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Revolución Joao FC defense, Macías Botello kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joel Ahonen. The Revolución Joao FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joel Ahonen should have stopped the shot. Joel Ahonen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Macías Botello in the 44th minute of play. Joel Ahonen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Macías Botello, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Miguir's defense didn't have a chance, in the 67th minute, when Xesus Cortes scored to the left of an out of position René Vignal, making the score, 1-2. A sloppy throw-in by Uriel Becerra in the 70th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Miguir's Javier Iruegas. Rafael Sayavedra hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. René Vignal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Burbano Charro, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. René Vignal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Burbano Charro in the 79th minute of play. Zenon Bispo hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. In the 89th minute Xesus Cortes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but René Vignal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 93rdth minute of the game Vera Regalado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Miguir's René Vignal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Joel Ahonen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Macías Botello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
