Sánchez Alcano who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 3rdth minute tested the skills of Sergiu Stăniloaie when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A collision led to Orense SC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Chu Wen Qi hit a great ball. With an all-out effort, G2O's Sergiu Stăniloaie threw himself towards the right post 6 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from João Modrić, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 9th minute, Azconzábal Mendieta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sánchez Alcano in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sergiu Stăniloaie saved Orense SC from getting behind. Sergiu Stăniloaie made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Sánchez Alcano sent off a good shot on target. João Modrić was extremely unlucky when he, in the 17th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Sánchez Alcanos short, quick shot in the 17thth minute got Sergiu Stăniloaie to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Zuzen Gama might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sergiu Stăniloaie. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zuzen Gama ran back to his position shaking his head. If Orfilio Vaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sergiu Stăniloaie made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Zuzen Gama sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, G2O's Gervasio Honrio got a free kick in the 27th minute. Sergiu Stăniloaie was a little too slow when Norberto Escanciano got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 29th minute. The score was now 2-0. Sergiu Stăniloaie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sánchez Alcano in the 34th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Orfilio Vaz during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 36th minute, Orfilio Vaz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, G2O's Cornelio Villarmerin got a free kick in the 37th minute. After 39 played minutes G2O got a freekick which was hit by 巩飞铮. G2O's Ivan Lupea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilmer Ganado in the 40th minute of play. After 42 minutes of play, G2O's Sánchez Alcano made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sergiu Stăniloaie was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet as Zuzen Gama kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Sergiu Stăniloaie. That made the score 4-0 in the 48 minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Orfilio Vaz to make the kick off. Orense SC's Orfilio Vaz got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 56th minute Norberto Escanciano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sergiu Stăniloaie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 57thth minute of the game Sánchez Alcano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Orense SC's Sergiu Stăniloaie was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ivan Lupea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orfilio Vaz in the 64th minute of the match. Ivan Lupea came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Orense SC's Orfilio Vaz. But to his dismay, Orfilio Vaz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Ivan Lupea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Orfilio Vaz in the 74th minute. After having played for 76 minutes, Sánchez Alcano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. G2O's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sánchez Alcano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ivan Lupea didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wilmer Ganado went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. After 89 minutes, Isaias Raigadas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Orense SC and the G2O players grew even worse after the yellow card. 91 minutes into the match, João Modrić had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sergiu Stăniloaie. Orense SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that João Modrić was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-2. 94 minutes into the game, Sánchez Alcano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. G2O's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Orense SC the free kick. The audience was convinced that Sánchez Alcano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sergiu Stăniloaie was relentless in the 99th minute of the game. Orense SC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
