Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ignacio Capon's late challenge caught a Azulgranas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ignacio Capon helped the player get up and apologised. In the 35th minute, Ignacio Capon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 36 played minutes EL HERALDO DEL INFIERNO got a freekick which was hit by Ignacio Capon. After 39 played minutes EL HERALDO DEL INFIERNO got a freekick which was hit by Ignacio Capon. After 40th play minutes Gomez Grandoso shot 0-5, a short shot which went by Vilson Leicea and just under the crossbar into goal. After some careless play in the EL HERALDO DEL INFIERNO defense, Javier Cañarte kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vilson Leicea. The EL HERALDO DEL INFIERNO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vilson Leicea should have stopped the shot.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gomez Grandoso was the one to do the kick off. Azulgranas's Liam de la Rosa quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ignacio Capon, made in the 51st minute of the game. The audience was convinced that Gomez Grandoso's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vilson Leicea was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. After having played for 55 minutes, Gomez Grandoso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Azulgranas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gomez Grandoso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 57th minute Gomez Grandoso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vilson Leicea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Gomez Grandoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vilson Leicea came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Azulgranas's Gomez Grandoso. But to his dismay, Gomez Grandoso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. A collision led to EL HERALDO DEL INFIERNO getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Ignacio Capon hit a great ball. Vilson Leicea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gomez Grandoso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 70 minutes of play EL HERALDO DEL INFIERNO's Ignacio Capon was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to EL HERALDO DEL INFIERNO getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Ignacio Capon hit a great ball. Vilson Leicea stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gomez Grandoso's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Gomez Grandoso took a quick shot and it went in 0-9 without a chance for Vilson Leicea to make any attempt to save it. Azulgranas's Javier Cañarte managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Zadornin Erauso in the 92 minute of the game. The Azulgranas players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
