The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The Justice League fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Edwin Villayres's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sergiu Stăniloaie read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. Hal Villegas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xulian Perlacia in the 10th minute of the match. In the 15th minute, Mario Barriola hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Justice League's Hal Villegas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orfilio Vaz in the 16th minute of play. Orense SC's Sergiu Stăniloaie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edwin Villayres in the 18th minute of play. In the 19th match minute, Justice League was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Garcés Bribiesca to maneuver through the defense. After 20 played minutes, Orense SC's Juan Cienfuegos shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Hal Villegas came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Orense SC reached it. In the 24th match minute, Orense SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chen Hui Ping to maneuver through the defense. In the 25th minute of the match Edwin Villayres shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sergiu Stăniloaie showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Orense SC's Chen Hui Ping got a free kick in the 26th minute. Sergiu Stăniloaie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edwin Villayres in the 31st minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Walter Lusa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hal Villegas was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. 39 minutes into the match, Justice League's goal looked a bit too open when Chen Hui Ping came free, but Hal Villegas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, Orense SC's Orfilio Vaz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hal Villegas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilmer Ganado in the 47th minute of play forced Justice League's goalkeeper Hal Villegas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edwin Villayres to make the kick off. After some careless play in the Justice League defense, Xulian Perlacia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hal Villegas. The Justice League fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hal Villegas should have stopped the shot. Hal Villegas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Walter Lusa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wilmer Ganado got free with Hal Villegas in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Chen Hui Ping fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Orense SC's protests and gave Chen Hui Ping a yellow card for diving instead. In the 58th match minute, Orense SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chen Hui Ping to maneuver through the defense. Justice League's Victor Ibaizabal got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hal Villegas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wilmer Ganado in the 61st minute. In the 62nd match minute, Justice League was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Šeherzad Bratina to maneuver through the defense. In the 66th minute, Orense SC's Orfilio Vaz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. In the 70th match minute, Orense SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xulian Perlacia to maneuver through the defense. Sergiu Stăniloaie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edwin Villayres, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Hal Villegas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orfilio Vaz in the 73rd minute of the match. Wilmer Ganado could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Hal Villegas made a huge save. In the 77th match minute, Justice League was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Šeherzad Bratina to maneuver through the defense. When Orfilio Vaz came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Orense SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Orfilio Vaz couldn't finish the play. After 85 played minutes Orense SC got a freekick which was hit by Chen Hui Ping. After a rather tough play, Justice League's Victor Ibaizabal got a free kick in the 87th minute. In the 88th match minute, Justice League was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victor Ibaizabal to maneuver through the defense. In the 92nd minute Walter Lusa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hal Villegas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hal Villegas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xulian Perlacia in the 93rd minute of play. In the 97th minute Mario Palomera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sergiu Stăniloaie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
