Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Romeo Lupșoiu started the match with the kick off. Ciro Villani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rogerio Vilela in the 3rd minute of play. In the 9th minute Rogerio Vilela shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciro Villani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ciro Villani came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Lechero«ISTDG» Ambato's Gustavo Isazi. But to his dismay, Gustavo Isazi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Romeo Lupșoiu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Denis Sayavedra having to interfere. In the 18th minute, Gustavo Isazi made a precise shot to the right of Ciro Villani. Damians TEAM's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Ciro Villani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustavo Isazi, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. After 27 played minutes Damians TEAM got a freekick which was hit by Jose Sugoi. Denis Sayavedra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Canton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 30 played minutes Lechero«ISTDG» Ambato got a freekick which was hit by Lavallén Oca. Denis Sayavedra made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Rodrigo Aguirre sent off a good shot on target. Damians TEAM's Ciro Villani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arboleda Villamizar in the 33rd minute of play. A collision led to Damians TEAM getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Diego Arri hit a great ball. Cumbicus Mañaria lost his temper 36 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 36 played minutes Damians TEAM got a freekick which was hit by Cumbicus Mañaria. In the 37th minute of the match Emilio Archibeque sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ciro Villani skillfully saved the ball. Lavallén Oca might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ciro Villani. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lavallén Oca ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 45th minute, Gustavo Isazi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ciro Villani was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rogerio Vilela made a kick off. Juan Canton hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. Rogerio Vilela received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ciro Villani came out and tried to block the shot, but Rogerio Vilela slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 55th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Lavallén Oca managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lechero«ISTDG» Ambato's supporters rose to their feet, but Lavallén Oca was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ciro Villani breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Diego Arri's late challenge caught a Lechero«ISTDG» Ambato's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Diego Arri helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Damians TEAM's Diego Arri got a free kick in the 67th minute. In the 69th minute Gustavo Isazi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciro Villani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ciro Villani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Venceslao Emesabel, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. In the 76th minute, Lechero«ISTDG» Ambato's Gustavo Isazi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. Venceslao Emesabel hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. In the 82nd minute, Gustavo Isazi made a precise shot to the right of Ciro Villani. Damians TEAM's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. 86 minutes into the game, Ponce Infante recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ciro Villani. Ponce Infante showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. Ciro Villani made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Rogerio Vilela sent off a good shot on target. Ciro Villani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustavo Isazi in the 93rd minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Lechero«ISTDG» Ambato's goal looked a bit too open when Diego Arri came free, but Denis Sayavedra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Damians TEAM fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Lechero«ISTDG» Ambato were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
