In the 10th minute Evelio Terres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Castillo Sirguero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 15 played minutes Cirquelo FC got a freekick which was hit by Teofilo Goyo. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julian Monta got free with Santino Mora in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 18 minutes into the game, Cirquelo FC's Daniel Terrilla nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Santino Mora made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. A collision led to Club Deportivo Santiago getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Zeru Mendana hit a great ball. Castillo Sirguero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zuri Espinosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Cirquelo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zuri Espinosa came free, but Castillo Sirguero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Castillo Sirguero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zuberoa Mesia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Castillo Sirguero was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 42 played minutes Club Deportivo Santiago got a freekick which was hit by Sotomayor Mesia. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Monta in the 46th minute of play forced Club Deportivo Santiago's goalkeeper Santino Mora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Castillo Sirguero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evelio Terres in the 51st minute of the match. Cirquelo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Teofilo Goyo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Santino Mora breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Diego Zalaca scored 2-3 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Castillo Sirguero, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Julian Monta in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Santino Mora saved Club Deportivo Santiago from getting behind. 67 minutes into the match, Cirquelo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zuberoa Mesia came free, but Castillo Sirguero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Diego Zalaca's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 68thth minute, Castillo Sirguero skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Through an outstanding action, after 73 minutes, Castillo Sirguero successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Diego Zalaca hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. 78 minutes into the game, Ximun Villaciergo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Santino Mora made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teofilo Goyo in the 93rd minute of play. Parisi Sabon scored 3-3 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Santino Mora, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
