After a defensive mix-up in CD Salviapamba's zone, Mihăiţă Afloarei stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 姜烨昂 came out of the goal and Mihăiţă Afloarei tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 25th minute of the match, Jesus Iglesias tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sergio Romero saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 28 minutes into the match, CD Salviapamba's goal looked a bit too open when Mihăiţă Afloarei came free, but 姜烨昂 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. CD Salviapamba's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Oscar Natos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Mihăiţă Afloarei took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised 姜烨昂. 姜烨昂 dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. CD Salviapamba's 姜烨昂 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mihăiţă Afloarei in the 37th minute of play. Jesus Iglesias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 姜烨昂 came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Didi Fútbol Club's Oscar Natos. But to his dismay, Oscar Natos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Oscar Natos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Didi Fútbol Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oscar Natos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Didi Fútbol Club's Mihăiţă Afloarei, in the 77th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Didi Fútbol Club. Oscar Natos's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but 姜烨昂 firmly grabbed it by the left post. 姜烨昂 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oscar Natos in the 81st minute of play. Didi Fútbol Club's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jairo Borizar in the 82nd minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Hernan Arriaga heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely.
