An unexpectedly hard shot by Pawel Mietus in the 3rd minute of play forced YerBaTerOs's goalkeeper Villegas Villagarcia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 6th minute, Jay Garrick hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rey Acitores showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruben Iglesias in the 7th minute of the match. The supporters of YerBaTerOs booed when GALACTICOS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elco Vid didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rey Acitores showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruben Iglesias in the 18th minute of the match. Ruben Iglesias received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rey Acitores came out and tried to block the shot, but Ruben Iglesias slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 18th minute. When GALACTICOS's Pawel Mietus in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye YerBaTerOs's goalie prevented a goal. In the 27th match minute, GALACTICOS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Râznicu to maneuver through the defense. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind YerBaTerOs's goalkeeper Villegas Villagarcia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 33rd minute of the match GALACTICOS got a corner. YerBaTerOs's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Norman Salcedo ran over to the corner to take the kick. The supporters of GALACTICOS booed when YerBaTerOs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Montalvo Huidobro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 37th minute Pawel Mietus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Villegas Villagarcia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 40 minutes of play, GALACTICOS's Pawel Mietus made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Villegas Villagarcia was left in no man's land by his defense there! The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

YerBaTerOs's Zoil Soltero was substituted for Ruben Iglesias. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pawel Mietus to strike the kick off in the second half. Villegas Villagarcia came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by GALACTICOS's Pawel Mietus. But to his dismay, Pawel Mietus quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 57th minute Andres Anguciana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rey Acitores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 59th minute, Pawel Mietus made a precise shot to the right of Villegas Villagarcia. YerBaTerOs's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Rey Acitores took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andres Anguciana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 65th minute GALACTICOS were awarded a corner. Norman Salcedo went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that David Râznicu got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Villegas Villagarcia quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Rey Acitores showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucio Bruna, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. In the 69thth minute of the game Loco Fondos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GALACTICOS's Rey Acitores was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. GALACTICOS's Rey Acitores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucio Bruna in the 74th minute of play. Rey Acitores made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andres Anguciana in the 76th minute of play. Pawel Mietus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Villegas Villagarcia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Andres Anguciana took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rey Acitores. Rey Acitores dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Pawel Mietus managed to get in a good position for a shot. GALACTICOS's supporters rose to their feet, but Pawel Mietus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Villegas Villagarcia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Villegas Villagarcia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pawel Mietus, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. GALACTICOS walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
