Alexsandro Gavilanes kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. After 23 played minutes Porteño Prowess FC got a freekick which was hit by Baltasar Innocenzio. Calle Alaña took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 24th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alejandro Gavilanes. Porteño Prowess FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ramiro Onofre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yiyo Oropeza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Kenny Alströmer kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ramiro Onofre. That made the score 1-0 in the 30 minute of play. 34 minutes into the game, Yiyo Oropeza recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ramiro Onofre. Yiyo Oropeza showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. 39 minutes into the match, TITANS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Yiyo Oropeza came free, but Ramiro Onofre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kenny Alströmer got free with Ramiro Onofre in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 44 minutes into the game, Ruben Buelens was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. TITANS FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Porteño Prowess FC the free kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
