In the 36th minute, GALACTICOS's Jay Garrick seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Jay Garrick the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of GALACTICOS protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Jay Garrick had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 35 minutes into the game, one of GALACTICOS:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Rey Acitores had in the 37thth minute some difficulties stopping Kenny Alströmer's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. José Mora received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Alejandro Gavilanes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when José Mora made the kick off in the second half. Boris Mikaelsson got a throw-in 54 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Amedeo Di Lorenzo. The Porteño Prowess FC fans' excitement grew in the 90th match minute when Porteño Prowess FC's Kenny Alströmer looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Porteño Prowess FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
