Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rahim Niğdeli to make the kick off. Tenorio Reiriz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Witomir Jestrimski's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zayvion Ispuzua got free with Ricardo Ceberiche in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tenorio Reiriz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Witomir Jestrimski, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Witomir Jestrimski in the 80th minute of play forced Barcelona de América's goalkeeper Tenorio Reiriz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Barcelona de América's goal looked a bit too open when Witomir Jestrimski came free, but Tenorio Reiriz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
