Roldan Castellanos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 20 played minutes NAGANO F.C got a freekick which was hit by Cléber Medeiros. In the 20th minute, Norbert Dabrowski fired a really elegant long shot, but Vellito Alguerdo threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavio Cifuentes in the 23rd minute of play forced NAGANO F.C's goalkeeper Vellito Alguerdo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 25 minutes of play, NAGANO F.C's Pertti Koskenkorva made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Milán Romo-Leroux was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in NAGANO F.C's zone, Espinosa Marco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vellito Alguerdo came out of the goal and Espinosa Marco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 30thth minute of the game Jari Alenius who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Taltum FC's Milán Romo-Leroux was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 37th minute of the game. One of NAGANO F.C:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Taltum FC:s goal. Vellito Alguerdo had in the 39thth minute some difficulties stopping Norbert Dabrowski's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After having played for 46 minutes, Jari Alenius managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. NAGANO F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jari Alenius was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Flavio Cifuentes made a kick off. Jari Alenius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vellito Alguerdo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Norbert Dabrowski in the 55th minute of play. The supporters of NAGANO F.C booed when Taltum FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mattias Wickander didn't get a good kick on the ball. NAGANO F.C's Pawel Mietus was substituted for Jari Alenius. The throw-in from Urtsin Copeiro in the 78th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by NAGANO F.C's 郝德坤. When NAGANO F.C's Pawel Mietus, in the 80th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for NAGANO F.C. After some careless play in the NAGANO F.C defense, Ralf Albäck kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vellito Alguerdo. The NAGANO F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vellito Alguerdo should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ralf Albäck in the 87th minute of play forced NAGANO F.C's goalkeeper Vellito Alguerdo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 89th match minute, Taltum FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Urtsin Copeiro to maneuver through the defense. In the 90th minute, Pawel Mietus fired away a shot on goal.
