Zhang Hao Qing acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 44th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Humberto Barragan. Taltum FC's Zhang Hao Qing proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Taltum FC from getting a goal against them.

Inter de Guayaquil FC's Jörn Svartengren was substituted for Jakub Ziombkowski. Saffet Ataergin hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcelo Cavenaghi got free with Sebastian Hellkvist in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Taltum FC's Zhang Hao Qing played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jörn Svartengren in the 78th minute of play. Sebastian Hellkvist was a little too slow when Obregón Pardemanos got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 81st minute. The score was now 3-2. Sebastian Hellkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Espinosa Marco in the 92nd minute of the match. 96 minutes into the match, Inter de Guayaquil FC's goal looked a bit too open when Obregón Pardemanos came free, but Sebastian Hellkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 96th minute of the match, Obregón Pardemanos tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sebastian Hellkvist saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Inter de Guayaquil FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
