Spectators: 10811 (Terracing: 8110, Seating: 2486, VIP seats: 215) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Krišjānis Ābeļnieks started the match with the kick off. When FC Philotimo's Aryakumara Snow in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Barcelona de América's goalie prevented a goal. In the 8th minute, Alejandro Chorache hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emanuel Mammana hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. 15 minutes into the match, FC Philotimo's goal looked a bit too open when Krišjānis Ābeļnieks came free, but Vitomir Vutov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tenorio Reiriz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aryakumara Snow in the 17th minute of the match. Tenorio Reiriz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aryakumara Snow, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tenorio Reiriz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Xeromo Garibay's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Tenorio Reiriz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aryakumara Snow, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Krišjānis Ābeļnieks took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vitomir Vutov. Vitomir Vutov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Vitomir Vutov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Krišjānis Ābeļnieks's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. FC Philotimo's Stig-Arne Valler was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Tenorio Reiriz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 37 minutes into the match, Barcelona de América's Krišjānis Ābeļnieks sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vitomir Vutov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 38 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Philotimo's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Perlaza Lena was slow to take the kick. During this time Barcelona de América's players had a chance to rest. Tenorio Reiriz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aryakumara Snow in the 42nd minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aryakumara Snow stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Aryakumara Snow came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the FC Philotimo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aryakumara Snow couldn't finish the play. If Aryakumara Snow had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Vitomir Vutov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zayvion Ispuzua, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Vitomir Vutov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zayvion Ispuzua in the 58th minute of the match. Aryakumara Snow recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 63rd minute, Zayvion Ispuzua left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Barcelona de América fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zayvion Ispuzua in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vitomir Vutov saved FC Philotimo from getting behind. In the 71st minute, Didiet Suprianto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Dani Ganado came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Barcelona de América fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dani Ganado couldn't finish the play. Tenorio Reiriz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Efrain Fuentes in the 75th minute of the match. In the 77th minute of the match, Efrain Fuentes tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tenorio Reiriz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Barcelona de América's Tenorio Reiriz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Efrain Fuentes in the 79th minute of play. With a little luck, Barcelona de América's Tenorio Reiriz got control of the ball when Patricio Igartua tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 83rd minute Zayvion Ispuzua shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vitomir Vutov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zayvion Ispuzua blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vitomir Vutov having to make a save. Juan Guerrero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Barcelona de América getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Juan Guerrero hit a great ball. Efrain Fuentes struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Tenorio Reiriz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Philotimo. Barcelona de América's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
