In the 19th minute Cuero Ibañez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vellito Alguerdo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jari Alenius took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Olavo Velloso. Olavo Velloso had in the 34thth minute some difficulties stopping Jari Alenius's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Vellito Alguerdo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leandro Bartoli in the 37th minute of play. Jari Alenius might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Olavo Velloso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jari Alenius ran back to his position shaking his head. Olavo Velloso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jari Alenius, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Leandro Bartoli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vellito Alguerdo having to interfere. When NAGANO F.C's Jari Alenius in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leandro Bartoli stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jari Alenius in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Olavo Velloso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 64 minutes into the game, NAGANO F.C's Jari Alenius nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Olavo Velloso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Revolución Joao FC's Alberto Spencer was substituted for Aguinaga Casasola. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bar Olo got free with Olavo Velloso in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 71 minutes into the game, Revolución Joao FC's Cuero Ibañez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vellito Alguerdo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. Revolución Joao FC's Olavo Velloso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Revolución Joao FC from getting a goal against them.
