Spectators: 5089 (Terracing: 4050, Seating: 1006, VIP seats: 33) Junior FC's Marcelo Vaz started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th match minute, Junior FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matxin Mascarañas to maneuver through the defense. In the 6th minute, Dario Suarbol made a precise shot to the right of Vincente Aveo. Junior FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iliana Bolimburu in the 10th minute of play forced Junior FC's goalkeeper Vincente Aveo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Xacintu Herenchun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matxin Mascarañas, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. An unexpected shot in the 16th minute by Matxin Mascarañas got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Matxin Mascarañas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cuaquiri's Xacintu Herenchun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by César da Costa in the 21st minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Dario Suarbol ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vincente Aveo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Vincente Aveo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dario Suarbol in the 26th minute of play. In the 27th minute Onofre Longoria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vincente Aveo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Marcelo Vaz came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Junior FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcelo Vaz couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Cuaquiri's zone, Matxin Mascarañas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xacintu Herenchun came out of the goal and Matxin Mascarañas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, César da Costa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Junior FC's supporters rose to their feet, but César da Costa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Xacintu Herenchun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 36 minutes into the match, Junior FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dario Suarbol came free, but Vincente Aveo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vincente Aveo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dario Suarbol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 41 played minutes Junior FC got a freekick which was hit by Belo Larrinaga. In the 43rd minute, Dario Suarbol ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vincente Aveo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. After 48 minutes of play, Cuaquiri's Iliana Bolimburu made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vincente Aveo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 54th minute César da Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xacintu Herenchun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 56th minute, Matxin Mascarañas made a precise shot to the right of Xacintu Herenchun. Cuaquiri's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. After 61 played minutes, Junior FC's Mitxaut Meruelo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Xacintu Herenchun came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Junior FC reached it. After 62 played minutes Junior FC got a freekick which was hit by Emmanuel Espinosa. Marcelo Vaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Junior FC's Marcelo Vaz got a free kick in the 68th minute. The supporters of Cuaquiri booed when Junior FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelo Vaz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 71 minutes into the match, Iliana Bolimburu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vincente Aveo. Junior FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Iliana Bolimburu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. Xacintu Herenchun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Vaz in the 75th minute of play. After 77 played minutes Cuaquiri got a freekick which was hit by Onofre Longoria. Vincente Aveo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dario Suarbol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Onofre Longoria in the 84thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Vincente Aveo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Lluc Nadal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Vincente Aveo made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dario Suarbol in the 88th minute of play forced Junior FC's goalkeeper Vincente Aveo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Onofre Longoria got free with Vincente Aveo in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 95 minutes into the game, Iliana Bolimburu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-7. Vincente Aveo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Iliana Bolimburu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Vincente Aveo made a huge save. The Cuaquiri players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
