Guido Forcen charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Guido Forcen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 48th minute, Zelipe Gegunde reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Corderro Seda. The goal made the score 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Behe Urreta made a kick off. Behe Urreta blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bruno Percaz having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Rodrigo Guion managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tambora FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rodrigo Guion was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bruno Percaz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rodrigo Guion received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Zuberoa Villegas's late challenge caught a Tambora FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zuberoa Villegas helped the player get up and apologised. In the 83rd minute, Zuberoa Villegas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 87 minutes into the match, Guasamana FC's goal looked a bit too open when Behe Urreta came free, but Bruno Percaz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guasamana FC's Jakes Otero got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rodrigo Guion fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Percaz having to interfere. In the 98th minute, Zavier Palmadas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tambora FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
