Bembe Preciado was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 13th minute Nerio Urioste shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bembe Preciado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Kismi Payueta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jacindo Franquis in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guillelmus Carballo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Xeneises booed when Cospique was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Candido Eibar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Candido Eibar kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. A collision led to Cospique getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Candido Eibar hit a great ball. Bembe Preciado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruy Barrientos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Xeneises's Guillelmus Carballo got control of the ball when Kismi Payueta tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kismi Payueta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Nerio Urioste had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bembe Preciado stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nerio Urioste's shot from short distance in the 47th minute.

After some careless play in the Xeneises defense, Sebastian Goma kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Guillelmus Carballo. The Xeneises fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Guillelmus Carballo should have stopped the shot. Guillelmus Carballo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kismi Payueta in the 71st minute of the match. In the 76th minute Nerio Urioste shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bembe Preciado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 77th minute Martxel Cean suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. 77 minutes into the game, Sebastian Goma was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cospique's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Xeneises the free kick. Sebastian Goma kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match.
