Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 0) Guarumales's Simao Harroyo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severino Barcelo in the 10th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Curumani FC's zone, Ilixo Franco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cambranes Foubelo came out of the goal and Ilixo Franco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ilixo Franco in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cambranes Foubelo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 28th minute, Ilixo Franco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cambranes Foubelo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ilixo Franco in the 32nd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Guarumales's Ilixo Franco slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cambranes Foubelo. That made the score 1-0 after 35 minutes of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Ilixo Franco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guarumales's supporters rose to their feet, but Ilixo Franco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cambranes Foubelo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ilixo Franco made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Curumani FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ilixo Franco came free, but Cambranes Foubelo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 55 minutes, Leandro Hijosa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guarumales's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leandro Hijosa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ilixo Franco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cambranes Foubelo having to interfere. Mauricio Torrecillas in the 70thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Simao Harroyo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 73 played minutes Guarumales got a freekick which was hit by Maore Guillaumet. 74 minutes into the match, Severino Barcelo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Simao Harroyo. Guarumales's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Severino Barcelo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. A hard shot by Xaver Alva from long distance, 78 minutes into the match, got Simao Harroyo's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 79 minutes into the match, Guarumales's goalkeeper Simao Harroyo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mauricio Torrecillas. When Severino Barcelo came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Curumani FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Severino Barcelo couldn't finish the play. 87 minutes into the match, Curumani FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leandro Hijosa came free, but Cambranes Foubelo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Curumani FC's Mauricio Torrecillas got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
