Tumba FC's Valdo Motel got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Valdo Motel was extremely unlucky when he, in the 10th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 11th minute Cruz Olaondo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvarez Pombo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valdo Motel got free with Alvarez Pombo in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alvarez Pombo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cruz Olaondo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valdo Motel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvarez Pombo having to interfere. Cruz Olaondo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Alvarez Pombo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 29 played minutes Rupavita FC got a freekick which was hit by Roman Belmonte. In the 34thth minute of the game Cruz Olaondo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rupavita FC's Alvarez Pombo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Salomon Cerillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Alvarez Pombo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Tumba FC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Viator Jauregui hit a great ball. Alvarez Pombo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cruz Olaondo in the 45th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jacindo Tarulla was the one to do the kick off. When Tebaldo Lizaur fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tumba FC's protests and gave Tebaldo Lizaur a yellow card for diving instead. 62 minutes into the game, one of Tumba FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Tumba FC:s Martin Baldaliso showed great skill when he stopped Angelino Viego:s penalty. After having played for 67 minutes, Valdo Motel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tumba FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valdo Motel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Cruz Olaondo came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Tumba FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cruz Olaondo couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdo Motel in the 79th minute of play forced Rupavita FC's goalkeeper Alvarez Pombo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cruz Olaondo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvarez Pombo having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Tumba FC's Cruz Olaondo got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Valdo Motel scored 3-0 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alvarez Pombo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cruz Olaondo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvarez Pombo having to interfere. Valdo Motel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tumba FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
