Spectators: 6718 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1718, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gonsalvo Florez kicked off to start the match. If Modesto Guasch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mattin Aristegui in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abel Echavarria prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mattin Aristegui in the 7th minute of play forced Mateyuca's goalkeeper Abel Echavarria to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abel Echavarria made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mattin Aristegui in the 10th minute of play. Gonsalvo Florez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raimundo Peñuñuri could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Gaston Piñero made a huge save. Rogerio Cerdan scored 1-1 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Abel Echavarria, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 1-2 became the score in the 32nd minute when Mattin Aristegui elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Mateyuca's Abel Echavarria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rogerio Cerdan in the 44th minute of play.

The wind increased when Mattin Aristegui made the kick off in the second half. Andrew Astonzas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Mateyuca's Abel Echavarria got control of the ball when Rogerio Cerdan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rogerio Cerdan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Abel Echavarria came out and tried to block the shot, but Rogerio Cerdan slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 56th minute. Rodrigo Clemente hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Raimundo Peñuñuri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mateyuca's Raimundo Peñuñuri got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 80 minutes into the game, Lame's Mattin Aristegui nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Abel Echavarria made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. Rogerio Cerdan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel Echavarria having to interfere. Mattin Aristegui recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Mateyuca supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Lame's performance. The match ended with a win for Lame.
