Ondino Rucabado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bikendi Llata in the 32nd minute of the match. Corderun Dulanto scored 2-1 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ondino Rucabado, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Bikendi Llata had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Veguitas FC's Ondino Rucabado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bikendi Llata in the 48th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bikendi Llata was the one to do the kick off.
