The audience was convinced that Nesor Sesmilo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rik Lisundia was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. Senen Callejo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 17 minutes, Santio Hedesa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Team pro Stra and the Vado players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Team pro Stra's Santio Hedesa got a free kick in the 17th minute. When Santos Sueiro, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 20 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Phelipe Uruñuela was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 26th minute Santos Sueiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Phelipe Uruñuela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rik Lisundia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nesor Sesmilo in the 32nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Txordon Badia in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Phelipe Uruñuela prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nesor Sesmilo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rik Lisundia having to interfere.

Santos Sueiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Phelipe Uruñuela having to interfere. Phelipe Uruñuela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Txordon Badia in the 57th minute of the match. In the 58th minute, one of Vado:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Vado. Rik Lisundia had in the 60thth minute some difficulties stopping Christiano Abello's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Team pro Stra's Phelipe Uruñuela proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Team pro Stra from getting a goal against them. Txordon Badia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Phelipe Uruñuela having to interfere. Santos Sueiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Phelipe Uruñuela having to interfere. In a very dangerous position, a player in Vado fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 72nd minute. Penalty! A very good chance. 81 minutes into the match, Vado's goal looked a bit too open when Nesor Sesmilo came free, but Rik Lisundia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Txordon Badia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Vado's zone, Nesor Sesmilo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rik Lisundia came out of the goal and Nesor Sesmilo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Santos Sueiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Phelipe Uruñuela made a huge save. Phelipe Uruñuela came out of the goal in the 100th minute to try and stop a shot by Vado's Santos Sueiro. But to his dismay, Santos Sueiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Team pro Stra fans cheered their team off the field, for while Vado had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
