After a defensive mix-up in Zumbador's zone, Franco Binel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Muc Madera came out of the goal and Franco Binel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Zumbador's Meendez Ampuero got a free kick in the 40th minute. Muc Madera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Franco Binel in the 41st minute. Muc Madera stood somewhat misplaced when Franco Binel came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 44 minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kemen Viñe made a kick off. Stanislao Traspuesto came free with the goalkeeper in the 54th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Niceto Curueño could save by the left post. Kemen Viñe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Muc Madera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 81st minute of the game, Gaizko Feyjo landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. A collision led to Zumbador getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Yago Tu hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Piezagrande FC's Perfecto Belorado tried to score from far away in the 84th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Zumbador's Stanislao Traspuesto got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 93 minutes into the match, Piezagrande FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jeremias Monteros came free, but Niceto Curueño reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Piezagrande FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
