Spectators: 7450 (Terracing: 5600, Seating: 1700, VIP seats: 150) Apolo FC's Montae Boiro started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Aguadita's Gilesindo Verdeja proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Aguadita from getting a goal against them. 6 minutes into the match, Aguadita's goal looked a bit too open when Montae Boiro came free, but Gilesindo Verdeja reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 6th minute, Pirro Marimon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ricardo Arrano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gilesindo Verdeja made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ricardo Arrano in the 10th minute. In the 14th minute, Virgilio Larrategui made a precise shot to the right of Santutxo Guia. Apolo FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Santutxo Guia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Virgilio Larrategui, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Rodolfo Allende fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santutxo Guia having to interfere. Gilesindo Verdeja made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Ricardo Arrano sent off a good shot on target. Aguadita's defense didn't have a chance, in the 23rd minute, when Ricardo Arrano scored to the left of an out of position Gilesindo Verdeja, making the score, 1-1. 28 minutes into the game, Aguadita's Virgilio Larrategui nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Santutxo Guia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Santutxo Guia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodolfo Allende, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cheche Urquicia took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gilesindo Verdeja. Gilesindo Verdeja dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cisco Vesga in the 44th minute of play forced Aguadita's goalkeeper Gilesindo Verdeja to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-2 at half-time.

Aguadita's Gilesindo Verdeja played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardo Arrano in the 53rd minute of play. Virgilio Larrategui blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Santutxo Guia having to make a save. Ricardo Arrano took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gilesindo Verdeja. Gilesindo Verdeja dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. Apolo FC's Santutxo Guia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Apolo FC from getting a goal against them. Santutxo Guia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arnalt Recasens went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-3 was the resulting score. Gilesindo Verdeja made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardo Arrano in the 69th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ricardo Arrano in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gilesindo Verdeja prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Cisco Vesga came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Apolo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cisco Vesga couldn't finish the play. Gilesindo Verdeja came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Apolo FC's Ricardo Arrano. But to his dismay, Ricardo Arrano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-3. Ambrosio Zaldierna hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Cheche Urquicia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilesindo Verdeja having to interfere. If Rodolfo Allende had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cheche Urquicia struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Gilesindo Verdeja didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Apolo FC. Santutxo Guia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Virgilio Larrategui in the 97th minute of the match. Apolo FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Aguadita for a fine match.
