The supporters of Guafal FC booed when Los Acacios FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elazar Valladares didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Guafal FC's goalkeeper Alvaro Corrales, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alvaro Corrales showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tanio Reimundez in the 18th minute of the match. Taurino Adrales charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Taurino Adrales the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Los Acacios FC getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Taurino Adrales hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ongile Olañeta in the 22nd minute of play forced Los Acacios FC's goalkeeper Dino Marques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25th minute, Tanio Reimundez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alvaro Corrales was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Alvaro Corrales didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Xulian Yañez went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Xulian Yañez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tanio Reimundez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 44 minutes into the game, Los Acacios FC's Xulian Yañez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alvaro Corrales made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. In the 48th minute, Tanio Reimundez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ongile Olañeta was the one to do the kick off. Guafal FC's Alvaro Corrales played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tanio Reimundez in the 53rd minute of play. If Tanio Reimundez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Xulian Yañez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alvaro Corrales having to make a save. An unexpected shot in the 61st minute by Tanio Reimundez got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Xulian Yañez struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Alvaro Corrales didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Acacios FC. 65 minutes into the match, Guafal FC's goalkeeper Alvaro Corrales had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Xulian Yañez. Tanio Reimundez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Tanio Reimundez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tebaldo Crisol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Alvaro Corrales tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Xulian Yañez was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 79th minute. Los Acacios FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Xulian Yañez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 83rd minute, Los Acacios FC's Tanio Reimundez ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Alvaro Corrales. Alvaro Corrales yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Guafal FC's goalkeeper Alvaro Corrales, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Oihan Solares charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Oihan Solares the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 88 played minutes Guafal FC got a freekick which was hit by Oihan Solares. In the 89th match minute, Guafal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaztea Lluba to maneuver through the defense. If Xulian Yañez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tanio Reimundez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvaro Corrales having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tanio Reimundez in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alvaro Corrales prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Los Acacios FC played a much better game than Guafal FC and deserved their victory. The Guafal FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
