Spectators: 6730 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jimeno Valcuende kicked off to start the match. Vincente Senderos made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Xzaiver Lavijo sent off a good shot on target. If Jimeno Valcuende had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chan Jara hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. If Demario Marañon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Demario Marañon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Orkatz Gual read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. Demario Marañon struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Orkatz Gual didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Meollaca. Xzaiver Lavijo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Vincente Senderos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Xzaiver Lavijo came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Aicala fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xzaiver Lavijo couldn't finish the play. If Jimeno Valcuende had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd minute, Demario Marañon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Meollaca fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. After the first half Meollaca were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Demario Marañon to strike the kick off in the second half. Vincente Senderos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jimeno Valcuende in the 52nd minute of play. Orkatz Gual showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Demario Marañon, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Marcelito Sayavedra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Orkatz Gual made a huge save. In the 70th minute, Zayveon Biembengén hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aicala's Jimeno Valcuende got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Xzaiver Lavijo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Aicala booed when Meollaca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roi Valverde didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aicala's Leonardo Piñeira couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 79th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Meollaca. 81 minutes into the match, Jimeno Valcuende notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Meollaca's Vincente Senderos. Vincente Senderos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 89 minutes into the game, Aicala's Xzaiver Lavijo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vincente Senderos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. When Aicala's Xzaiver Lavijo in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Meollaca's goalie prevented a goal. Lohitzun Rebolleda charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lohitzun Rebolleda the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Aicala's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
