In the 7th minute of the match Uriel Ramires sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hitzeder Bugarin skillfully saved the ball. Ximenez Lago hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Barea Valines received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Tavio Fauria tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Piedcegrande booed when Llanada was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Satordi Babiano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Americo Busta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hitzeder Bugarin having to interfere. In the 26th minute, Americo Busta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Paulino Guais hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Llanada's Hitzeder Bugarin got control of the ball when Americo Busta tried to sneak it across the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, Llanada's Rosio Losa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tavio Fauria narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Barea Valines had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Llanada's Satordi Babiano got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tavio Fauria showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Barea Valines in the 40th minute of the match. Barea Valines fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tavio Fauria having to interfere. The Piedcegrande players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Llanada were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Juango Sobron was the one to do the kick off. Barea Valines might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tavio Fauria. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Barea Valines ran back to his position shaking his head. Piedcegrande's Tavio Fauria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Barea Valines in the 60th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Barea Valines in the 62nd minute of play forced Piedcegrande's goalkeeper Tavio Fauria to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Juango Sobron came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Piedcegrande fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juango Sobron couldn't finish the play. Rosio Losa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tavio Fauria having to interfere. Llanada played a much better game than Piedcegrande and deserved their victory. The Piedcegrande players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
