Alberino Cerrajero hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mateyuca's goalkeeper Kepa Vidal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Mateyuca's Medardo Bojarte in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Marquita FC's goalie prevented a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Medardo Bojarte kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Justo Durazo. That made the score 1-0 in the 31 minute of play. Serafin Magarinos succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 37th playminute. Justo Durazo acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 43rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Urbez Maluenda. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Nikola Emesabel's late challenge caught a Marquita FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nikola Emesabel helped the player get up and apologised. Nikola Emesabel hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. In the 61st minute Gorri Carasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kepa Vidal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 67 played minutes Mateyuca got a freekick which was hit by Jenaro Arbizu. 68 minutes into the match, Mateyuca's goalkeeper Kepa Vidal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Matro Trelles. Serafin Magarinos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Justo Durazo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Mateyuca's zone, Matro Trelles stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kepa Vidal came out of the goal and Matro Trelles tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kepa Vidal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gorri Carasa in the 81st minute of the match. Serafin Magarinos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justo Durazo having to interfere. Gorri Carasa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Marquita FC's Gorri Carasa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Kepa Vidal. That made the score 2-1 after 92 minutes of play.
