Carmelo Frade did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Xiao Leyte 6 minutes into the match. Voladero FC's Matai Polo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lertxun Gorbin in the 11th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Lertxun Gorbin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Saragosa's supporters rose to their feet, but Lertxun Gorbin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Matai Polo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Matai Polo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lertxun Gorbin in the 14th minute of the match. Lertxun Gorbin took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Matai Polo. Matai Polo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Matai Polo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maule Bobe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 22 played minutes Saragosa got a freekick which was hit by Atauri Isoba. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lertxun Gorbin in the 30th minute of play forced Voladero FC's goalkeeper Matai Polo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 34 minutes into the match, Lertxun Gorbin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Matai Polo. Voladero FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lertxun Gorbin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Matai Polo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lertxun Gorbin in the 38th minute of play. Matai Polo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maule Bobe in the 39th minute of play. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Carmelo Frade to make the kick off. Voladero FC's Liher Ahedo got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lertxun Gorbin in the 55th minute of play forced Voladero FC's goalkeeper Matai Polo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 55th minute, Erdiano Sotuela hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Lertxun Gorbin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maule Bobe blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Matai Polo having to make a save. In the 67th minute, Lertxun Gorbin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Xiao Leyte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Liher Ahedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Voladero FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 75th minute, when Lertxun Gorbin scored to the left of an out of position Matai Polo, making the score, 2-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Carmelo Frade managed to get in a good position for a shot. Voladero FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Carmelo Frade was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Xiao Leyte breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Maule Bobe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Matai Polo made a huge save. In the 86th match minute, Saragosa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zenaido Moixi to maneuver through the defense. Xiao Leyte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carmelo Frade, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. After 92 played minutes Saragosa got a freekick which was hit by Atauri Isoba. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Liher Ahedo in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Xiao Leyte saved Saragosa from getting behind. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Saragosa walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
