Seating: 1712, VIP seats: 0) Matituy's Goiz Angostina started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Rayman Langayo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Andrea Feyto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 11 minutes into the match, Matituy's goalkeeper Severiano Ruesga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Victor Vazquez. With a little luck, Matituy's Severiano Ruesga got control of the ball when Victor Vazquez tried to sneak it across the goal line. Severiano Ruesga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ritchie Feliz in the 15th minute of play. Rayman Langayo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrea Feyto having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Ritchie Feliz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guadual's supporters rose to their feet, but Ritchie Feliz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Severiano Ruesga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ritchie Feliz was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Ritchie Feliz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Guadual fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After 59 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Matituy! In the 62nd match minute, Matituy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lehen Sever to maneuver through the defense. If Ritchie Feliz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 69 minutes, Lehen Sever mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Matituy and the Guadual players grew even worse after the yellow card. Lehen Sever kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. 73 minutes into the game, Rayman Langayo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Matituy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Guadual the free kick. After 73 played minutes Matituy got a freekick which was hit by Rayman Langayo. Rayman Langayo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Andrea Feyto made a huge save. Matituy's Vicemte Bardon suffered a concussion in the 78th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. When Orlondo Vid fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Guadual's protests and gave Orlondo Vid a yellow card for diving instead. After 79 played minutes Guadual got a freekick which was hit by Orlondo Vid. Victor Vazquez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Severiano Ruesga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Severiano Ruesga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orlondo Vid, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Orlondo Vid kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Matituy's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
