Flavio Era's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tristan Cuba read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. With a little luck, Popales's Zosimo Piñon got control of the ball when Fabio Pla tried to sneak it across the goal line. Manglar's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Transito Berlanga in the 47th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Flavio Era made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Fe Mediano dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tristan Cuba, 1-2. Zosimo Piñon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernat Nero in the 57th minute of the match. If Bernat Nero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manglar's Tristan Cuba proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Manglar from getting a goal against them. Fe Mediano succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-3 in the 79th playminute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavio Era in the 93rd minute of play forced Manglar's goalkeeper Tristan Cuba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
