After having played for 9 minutes, Vasco Cean managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Marinita's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vasco Cean was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 13th minute Bilbo Haces shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teobaldo Nao saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Genaro Carrion charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Genaro Carrion the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 15th minute, Genaro Carrion hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bilbo Haces was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 17th minute. Combito FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. An unexpected shot in the 19th minute by Bilbo Haces got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Pascoal Lanis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Marcial Queralt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vasco Cean in the 24th minute of play. Telo Navia hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. 27 minutes into the game, Oskarbi Boñar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Marinita's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Combito FC the free kick. Bilbo Haces recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Vasco Cean had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bilbo Haces made a kick off. The supporters of Combito FC booed when Marinita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cresitobalo Regaño didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bilbo Haces sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teobaldo Nao showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bilbo Haces in the 58th minute of the match. Teobaldo Nao showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bilbo Haces, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Oskarbi Boñar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sesuldo Candelera kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Marinita's Vasco Cean got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marcial Queralt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vasco Cean in the 88th minute of play. Vasco Cean received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Marcial Queralt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fernandez Bañuelos kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Teobaldo Nao showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eli Garrote in the 95th minute of the match. If Eli Garrote had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Marinita players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Combito FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
