Spectators: 6723 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sindo Noreña took the kick off in the first half of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Matxin Mostache in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Xavierlada Barnuevo saved Palamates from getting behind. Xavierlada Barnuevo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Medardo Bustillos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Saturnino Cantiello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sindo Noreña in the 16th minute of play. If Medardo Bustillos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sindo Noreña in the 22nd minute of play forced Gozteam's goalkeeper Saturnino Cantiello to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Sindo Noreña fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Palamates's protests and gave Sindo Noreña a yellow card for diving instead. Sindo Noreña hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. In the 30th minute Sindo Noreña shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saturnino Cantiello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Txatxu Santervas kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Gozteam's Saturnino Cantiello proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Gozteam from getting a goal against them. After having played for 37 minutes, Matxin Mostache managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gozteam's supporters crossed their fingers, but Matxin Mostache was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gozteam's Matxin Mostache got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Palamates's Sindo Noreña got a free kick in the 41st minute. Saturnino Cantiello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sindo Noreña in the 45th minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Medardo Bustillos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ospetsu Peñacerrada in the 60th minute of play forced Gozteam's goalkeeper Saturnino Cantiello to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 64 played minutes Palamates got a freekick which was hit by Edilberto Zarzuelo. In the 69th minute, Matxin Mostache made a precise shot to the right of Xavierlada Barnuevo. Palamates's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The supporters of Palamates booed when Gozteam was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zumar Castelo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Saturnino Cantiello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ospetsu Peñacerrada, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Palamates's Xavierlada Barnuevo got control of the ball when Matxin Mostache tried to sneak it across the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, Gozteam's goal looked a bit too open when Sindo Noreña came free, but Saturnino Cantiello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sindo Noreña fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saturnino Cantiello having to interfere. Medardo Bustillos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the final whistle sounded Gozteam left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Palamates.
