Jacobo Montoro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lon Valderrabano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Serapio Arrueta was extremely unlucky when he, in the 21st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. With an all-out effort, Guamaco FC's Vennancio Lopidana threw himself towards the right post 37 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Naike Rioseco, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Serapio Arrueta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vennancio Lopidana having to interfere. Serapio Arrueta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute.
