Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Mantzio Portas got the match started through his kick off. In the 2nd match minute, Barranquilla FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xefe Porregimon to maneuver through the defense. In the 3rd minute of the match Baladi Fonseca shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Barros Torre showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Mantzio Portas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mantzio Portas who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 6thth minute tested the skills of Zumar Caldueño when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After some careless play in the Barranquilla FC defense, Paz Erosa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Barros Torre. The Barranquilla FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Barros Torre should have stopped the shot. In the 11th minute, Mantzio Portas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 15 minutes into the match, Barranquilla FC's goal looked a bit too open when Placido Castriciones came free, but Barros Torre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 17 minutes, Enrico Blas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barranquilla FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Enrico Blas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 18 minutes into the match, Capellonia's goal looked a bit too open when Mantzio Portas came free, but Zumar Caldueño reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Enrico Blas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zumar Caldueño having to interfere. 26 minutes into the match, Barranquilla FC's Mariano Tul sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zumar Caldueño narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 31stth minute of the game Mantzio Portas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Capellonia's Zumar Caldueño was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mariano Tul sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mantzio Portass short, quick shot in the 35thth minute got Zumar Caldueño to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 36th minute, Barranquilla FC's Mariano Tul dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Mantzio Portas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zumar Caldueño didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Barranquilla FC's Mantzio Portas shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-1 in the ordered_time% minute. When Enrico Blas came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Barranquilla FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Enrico Blas couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Mantzio Portas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barranquilla FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mantzio Portas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zumar Caldueño breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
The wind increased when Placido Castriciones made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Mariano Tul managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barranquilla FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mariano Tul was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zumar Caldueño breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zumar Caldueño came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Barranquilla FC's Mantzio Portas. But to his dismay, Mantzio Portas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mantzio Portas in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zumar Caldueño prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mantzio Portas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 61 minutes into the game, Paz Erosa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Capellonia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barranquilla FC the free kick. In the 61st minute, Paz Erosa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Mariano Tul had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mantzio Portas in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zumar Caldueño saved Capellonia from getting behind. Enrico Blas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 72nd minute of the match Caetano Ontaneda shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zumar Caldueño showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 73 minutes into the match, Barranquilla FC's goal looked a bit too open when Placido Castriciones came free, but Barros Torre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th minute of the match Caetano Ontaneda sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zumar Caldueño skillfully saved the ball. Zumar Caldueño made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mantzio Portas in the 76th minute of play. Mantzio Portas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zumar Caldueño having to interfere. When Barranquilla FC's Mantzio Portas in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Capellonia's goalie prevented a goal. Barranquilla FC's Mariano Tul got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Elpidio Marroquin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Zumar Caldueño tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mariano Tul charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mariano Tul the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Capellonia booed when Barranquilla FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mariano Tul didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 96thth minute of the game Mantzio Portas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Capellonia's Zumar Caldueño was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the referee ended the match the Barranquilla FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
