Spectators: 6709 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1709, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Donatello Balmaseda took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 3 minutes, Ticho Varon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Turuyaco FC and the Enambu players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 3rd minute, Ticho Varon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Enambu's Marcelo Severino got a free kick in the 4th minute. After having played for 7 minutes, Ticho Varon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Turuyaco FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ticho Varon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Turuyaco FC's goalkeeper Jeronimo Corroto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Platon Sobrino took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bilbo Hondona. Bilbo Hondona dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Platon Sobrino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Bilbo Hondona tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 25th minute, Zeledon Lertora hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Platon Sobrino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ticho Varon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bilbo Hondona having to interfere. 34 minutes into the match, Turuyaco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Xzaiver Elcano came free, but Jeronimo Corroto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39th play minute Platon Sobrino came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Bilbo Hondona. 2-0. A collision led to Turuyaco FC getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Giro Endaya hit a great ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ticho Varon was the one to do the kick off. Donatello Balmaseda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ticho Varon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ticho Varon in the 60th minute of play forced Enambu's goalkeeper Bilbo Hondona to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ticho Varon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bilbo Hondona having to interfere. Platon Sobrino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Bilbo Hondona tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bilbo Hondona stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ticho Varon's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. Enambu's Bilbo Hondona played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Platon Sobrino in the 74th minute of play. In the 75th minute, Platon Sobrino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bilbo Hondona was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. When Ticho Varon came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Turuyaco FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ticho Varon couldn't finish the play. Bilbo Hondona showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Platon Sobrino in the 91st minute of the match. Ticho Varon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bilbo Hondona having to interfere. If Ticho Varon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 100th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Turuyaco FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
