In the 12thth minute of the game Remigio Rengifo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Maciegas's Montay Escoto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 18th minute Inacio Obieso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Montay Escoto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Remigio Rengifo managed to get in a good position for a shot. When Inacio Obieso came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Tacarimena fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Inacio Obieso couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Maciegas's Urbes Doñez got a free kick in the 37th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Inacio Obieso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tacarimena's supporters rose to their feet, but Inacio Obieso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Montay Escoto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Inacio Obieso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Inacio Obieso to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Urtzi Jordo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maciegas's supporters rose to their feet, but Urtzi Jordo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcos Colomines breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Lope Vidanes fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Maciegas's protests and gave Lope Vidanes a yellow card for diving instead. 54 minutes in the game, Inacio Obieso fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Montay Escoto having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Remigio Rengifo got free with Montay Escoto in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 57th minute, Inaki Miñon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ticho Cota kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Presebal Yribarren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Toro Caneda shot the penalty kick right outside the post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urtzi Jordo in the 67th minute of play forced Tacarimena's goalkeeper Marcos Colomines to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ticho Cota hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. When Presebal Yribarren came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Maciegas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Presebal Yribarren couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Urtzi Jordo in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcos Colomines saved Tacarimena from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Remigio Rengifo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tacarimena's supporters rose to their feet, but Remigio Rengifo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Montay Escoto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 76th minute Presebal Yribarren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Colomines saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 82 minutes of play, Maciegas's Urtzi Jordo made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcos Colomines was left in no man's land by his defense there! 84 minutes into the game, Urbes Doñez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Maciegas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tacarimena the free kick. In the 84th minute, Urbes Doñez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 86th minute Urtzi Jordo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Colomines saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Inacio Obieso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Montay Escoto having to interfere. Maciegas's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
