After having played for 38 minutes, Bautista Carabia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jamarraja's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bautista Carabia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Danilo Pino kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Combita's Danilo Pino got a free kick in the 43rd minute. After recieving a nice pass, Jamarraja's Luken Reza tried to score from far away in the 44th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bautista Carabia in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sayveon Sobre prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sayveon Sobre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Humberto Abos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Jamarraja were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kevin Cianca to make the kick off. Sayveon Sobre made an important save on a dangerous shot by Humberto Abos in the 52nd minute. When Humberto Abos came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Jamarraja fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Humberto Abos couldn't finish the play. Combita's Moncho Gañona got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bautista Carabia struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Sayveon Sobre didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jamarraja. 90 minutes into the match, Jamarraja's Blas Hidalgo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sayveon Sobre narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 91 minutes of play Combita's German Bien was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of Jamarraja booed when Combita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. German Bien didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bautista Carabia struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Sayveon Sobre didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jamarraja. Combita succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Jamarraja had controlled the match.
