An unexpectedly hard shot by Hitz Leturia in the 10th minute of play forced Suesca FC's goalkeeper Erauso Cubas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Hitz Leturia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17th minute of the match, Hitz Leturia tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Erauso Cubas saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 19 minutes had been played when some careless play by Suesca FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Montxo Iturmendi was slow to take the kick. During this time Xicute's players had a chance to rest. Montxo Iturmendi made a great header on Xicute's corner, it was just that Suesca FC's Erauso Cubas managed to reach the ball for a save. Lazaro Casadevante's late challenge caught a Suesca FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erauso Cubas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hitz Leturia in the 28th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Hitz Leturia kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Erauso Cubas. That made the score 1-0 in the 29 minute of play. Erauso Cubas didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Xicute's Lazaro Casadevante shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Erauso Cubas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hitz Leturia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hitz Leturia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erauso Cubas having to interfere. In the 46th minute, Xicute's Hitz Leturia ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Erauso Cubas. Erauso Cubas yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hitz Leturia in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Erauso Cubas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Columbo Valbuena's late challenge caught a Xicute's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Columbo Valbuena helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Suesca FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Columbo Valbuena hit a great ball. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hitz Leturia couldn't finish the play. After having played for 85 minutes, Lazaro Casadevante managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Xicute's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lazaro Casadevante was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
