Spectators: 6709 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1709, VIP seats: 0) Larpe Llanderas started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 3 minutes, Blai Velazco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Guajiro FC and the Cucuana players grew even worse after the yellow card. Silvio Aras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Naldo Urraca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Silvio Aras came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Guajiro FC's Guillelmus Veragua. But to his dismay, Guillelmus Veragua quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When Guajiro FC's Iraido Soler in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cucuana's goalie prevented a goal. Silvio Aras showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iraido Soler, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Bahiano Rius was a little too slow when Larpe Llanderas got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 22nd minute. The score was now 1-1. After having played for 26 minutes, Iraido Soler managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guajiro FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iraido Soler was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Silvio Aras showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guillelmus Veragua, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eyague Galan during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Cucuana's Eyague Galan got a free kick in the 30th minute. In the 31st match minute, Guajiro FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillelmus Veragua to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Larpe Llanderas in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bahiano Rius saved Guajiro FC from getting behind. Hulberto Alaña fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bahiano Rius having to interfere. Iraido Soler blasted a shot towards the goal in the 49th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Silvio Aras having to make a save. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Guillelmus Veragua stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Silvio Aras didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 54th minute, which inside left pole to 1-2. Enekoitz Munarriz kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Serafo Bracero, 63 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Larpe Llanderas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ederono Bueras took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 68th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bahiano Rius. Guajiro FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Eufrasio Vallearena fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cucuana's protests and gave Eufrasio Vallearena a yellow card for diving instead. Eufrasio Vallearena kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. 71 minutes into the match, Iraido Soler dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Silvio Aras, 1-3. Bahiano Rius stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Larpe Llanderas's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. After having played for 82 minutes, Larpe Llanderas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cucuana's supporters crossed their fingers, but Larpe Llanderas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Iraido Soler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 93rdth minute of the game Hulberto Alaña who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Guajiro FC's Bahiano Rius was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Iraido Soler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Silvio Aras tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bartuelo Nuño charged in rather forcefully in the 97th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bartuelo Nuño the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 97th minute, Bartuelo Nuño hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Guajiro FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
