Raimundo Laiseca could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Gerardo Armida made a huge save. Roegelio Jerena kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Gerardo Armida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hechter Morente in the 10th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, Majaval FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tadeo Santiyan came free, but Serafo Salamanca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Raimundo Laiseca's late challenge caught a Tinajas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Raimundo Laiseca helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Tinajas booed when Majaval FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raimundo Laiseca didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tinajas's defense didn't have a chance, in the 29th minute, when Hechter Morente scored to the left of an out of position Gerardo Armida, making the score, 1-1. Gerardo Armida took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hechter Morente, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guilabertus Irulegui charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Guilabertus Irulegui the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 37 played minutes Tinajas got a freekick which was hit by Guilabertus Irulegui. In the 39th minute Guilabertus Irulegui shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafo Salamanca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd match minute, Tinajas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dionisio Sangra to maneuver through the defense. Gerardo Armida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hechter Morente in the 44th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Cloyo Toyos in the 61st minute of play forced Tinajas's goalkeeper Gerardo Armida to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpected shot in the 62nd minute by Tadeo Santiyan got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 64th minute Tadeo Santiyan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafo Salamanca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hechter Morente received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Gerardo Armida tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Serafo Salamanca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ubelteso Carana, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Tinajas's Gerardo Armida played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hechter Morente in the 76th minute of play. If Tadeo Santiyan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 80 in the game by Ubelteso Carana from a close distance when the talented Serafo Salamanca managed to make a qualified save. Majaval FC's players were relieved. In the 87th minute Raimundo Laiseca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerardo Armida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, Majaval FC's Hechter Morente sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gerardo Armida narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 89 minutes of play Tinajas's Guilabertus Irulegui was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 91st minute Hechter Morente shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerardo Armida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Raimundo Laiseca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 96th minute, Ubelteso Carana got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
