If Cosme Rivas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of DEPORTIVO CALI booed when Xteep was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Montay Siruendo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joey Tocalanza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tauro Pardeo having to interfere. DEPORTIVO CALI's defense didn't have a chance, in the 16th minute, when Clodio Chavarre scored to the left of an out of position Epifanio Lloret, making the score, 1-0. After a rather tough play, DEPORTIVO CALI's Nelio Estancion got a free kick in the 32nd minute. 36 minutes into the game, Xteep's Clodio Chavarre nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Epifanio Lloret made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Cosme Rivas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Epifanio Lloret having to interfere. After 44 played minutes Xteep got a freekick which was hit by Gavino Sariego. Cosme Rivas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Epifanio Lloret tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Clodio Chavarre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cosme Rivas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Epifanio Lloret read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. Epifanio Lloret didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Clodio Chavarre went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. 71 minutes into the match, Xteep's goal looked a bit too open when Hipolito Berrondo came free, but Tauro Pardeo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tauro Pardeo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hipolito Berrondo, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. The supporters of Xteep booed when DEPORTIVO CALI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leocadio Terminel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Xteep's Bero Laguna couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 76th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for DEPORTIVO CALI. Ascencio Murillo kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. In the 81st minute, Tavio Canaria hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Clis Luengo kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. In the 86th match minute, DEPORTIVO CALI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clis Luengo to maneuver through the defense. When the referee ended the match the Xteep players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
