Pitin Berrueta made an important save on a dangerous shot by Salvadore Bengochea in the 46th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. Sandaili Gayferos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Pitin Berrueta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
