Joseba Sanchez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Grabiel Jauregui tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joseba Sanchez in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Grabiel Jauregui saved Stromrang from getting behind. In the 17th minute, Stromrang's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Roldan Alcedo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 21st minute, Lizbeth Caro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stromrang's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Bastia Lodeña in the 25th minute. The corner led Stromrang's Bastia Lodeña to fire away a dangerous shot which Peyo Paniagua despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Joseba Sanchez kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Grabiel Jauregui. That made the score 2-0 in the 30 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joseba Sanchez got free with Grabiel Jauregui in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Joseba Sanchez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joseba Sanchezs short, quick shot in the 40thth minute got Grabiel Jauregui to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a defensive mix-up in Stromrang's zone, Primo Seco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Grabiel Jauregui came out of the goal and Primo Seco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joseba Sanchez in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Grabiel Jauregui prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Roldan Alcedo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bucaros Floridablanca's supporters rose to their feet, but Roldan Alcedo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Grabiel Jauregui breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Primeiro Payueta to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Cugat Gerica managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bucaros Floridablanca's supporters rose to their feet, but Cugat Gerica was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Grabiel Jauregui breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Roldan Alcedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. In the 63rd minute, Bastia Lodeña hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 64 minutes into the match, Bucaros Floridablanca's Primo Seco broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. When Bucaros Floridablanca's Joseba Sanchez in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joseba Sanchez couldn't finish the play. In the 97th minute, Joseba Sanchez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Grabiel Jauregui was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Bucaros Floridablanca walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
